Ayurvedic ointment for pain relief based on herbs.

camphor. The herbal balm contains herbs used in Ayurvedic medicine and is
chemical-free. Relieves muscle pain, nerve pain, back pain, treats neuralgia
and lumbago, helps with joint sprains. Indications: Colds, fever and runny
nose, headaches, neck and back pain, rheumatic diseases, muscle pain and
tension, sprains, bruises, abrasions, cramps, insect bites, tonsillitis, local
swelling, dislocations, sprains. Apply the balm to the desired area until it is
absorbed into the skin. For colds, fever and runny nose: rub a little balm into
the center of the forehead, temples, back of the head and at the base of the
nose; and also dissolve a small amount of balm in hot water and inhale the
vapors.
