Directions for use: Shake thoroughly before use.

For baths: Add 3-4 capfuls to a filled bath and stir thoroughly.

For steam baths and saunas: Dilute 3-4 capfuls in 1 liter of water. Spray the resulting solution sparingly over the stove stones, benches, and walls of the steam room.
