Melatonin helps reduce the time needed to fall asleep and helps relieve the feelings associated with disruption of the circadian rhythm. Valerian helps ensure normal sleep. Passionflower is used as a sedative. Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
