Ingredients in 1 tablet: bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 6mg (428.57% of the NRV*), starch, anti-caking agent calcium salts of fatty acids, folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid) 600 μg (300% of the NRV*), maltodextrin, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 9 μg (360% of the NRV*).

RECOMMENDED AS A FOOD FORTIFIER-FOLIC ACID, B6 AND B12 VITAMIN SUPPLEMENT.

Folic acid promotes the formation of maternal tissue during pregnancy, normal amino acid synthesis and hematopoiesis, helps ensure the process of cell division; helps ensure normal homocysteine metabolism; promotes normal psychological functions, helps reduce fatigue and weakness, promotes normal immune system function.

Vitamins B6 and B12 help ensure normal energy-yielding metabolism and promote normal nervous system function, promote normal immune system function and normal red blood cell formation.

Dosage: adults 1 tablet 1 time per day during meals. Duration of use – 1 month.
