Ingredients in 1 capsule/9 capsules: Siberian cedar nut extract 160mg/1440mg and long turmeric root 20mg/180mg in corn oil – 267mg/2403mg, gelatin, dry extract of boswellia resin - 30 mg/270mg, lemon essential oil – 3mg/27mg, dye E122.

Boswellia resin helps maintain joint health and supports joint flexibility.

Long turmeric helps protect joints, maintain joint flexibility and promotes joint health.

Use: adults 2-3 capsules 3 times a day during meals, drinking water. Duration of use: 2-4 weeks. A 2-week break is recommended between courses.
