Usage: for adults, dilute 1 teaspoon (5ml) of the elixir in water (50ml), take 3 times a day, 30 minutes before meals. It is recommended to use for a long time for 3 to 5 months with a 1-week break.

Daily dose of 3 teaspoons: black birch bark (Inonotus obliquus) - 3g.

Ingredients: black birch bark (Inonotus obliquus, chaga) fruiting body water-ethyl alcohol extract 1:5. Alc. 10 vol.%

Warnings: do not use in case of individual intolerance to the component, children under 18 years of age, as well as during pregnancy and lactation. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the dietary supplement as a substitute for a complete and balanced diet. Keep out of reach of children.

Store at a temperature not exceeding + 20 °C. Protect from direct sunlight.
