300 mg of glycine per tablet, supplemented with vitamins B1, B6, B12.

Vitamins B1, B6 and B12 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Recommended as a dietary supplement - an additional source of B vitamins.

Ingredients: glycine, sweetener sorbitol, anti-caking agents: calcium or magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; powdered lemon juice, lemon flavoring, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine hydrochloride, bulking agent microcrystalline cellulose, cyanocobalamin.

Usage: adults, 1 tablet 2 times a day. Keep the tablet in the mouth until it dissolves completely. Duration of use - at least 1 month. If necessary, after a 10-day break, the use can be repeated.

Warnings: do not use in case of individual intolerance to the components, during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

It is recommended to consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.

Excessive use may cause a laxative effect.

Do not use the dietary supplement as a substitute for a complete and balanced diet.
