Usage: Adults 1 - 2 capsules per day, twice a day.

Warnings: Do not use in children under 18 years of age. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use the dietary supplement as a substitute for a complete and balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use for a long time without consulting your doctor.

May cause prostate enlargement in case of prostate tumors, affect blood sugar levels, and may interact with lithium preparations, antidiabetic drugs and high blood pressure medications.
