Usage: 20 ml (4 teaspoons) of balm per day, diluted in water or herbal tea (50-100 ml).

Due to the ethanol in the composition, it should not be used during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or driving. Not recommended in case of individual intolerance to the components.

Keep out of reach of children! Do not exceed the recommended daily dose!

Store in the original packaging, in a dry place, at room temperature!

Do not use the dietary supplement as a substitute for a complete and balanced diet!
