Directions: Adults are recommended to take 1 capsule per day after meals with water. Not recommended for children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use if you are hypersensitive (allergic) to any of the product's ingredients, during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Do not use the food supplement as a substitute for a complete, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
